Tire manufacture is a complex process which also involves the extraction of latex from the rubber tree. The latex that oozes out of the tree are collected and sent to the tire manufacturing companies directly. Here it is processed and black sheets of rubber are produced. Tire manufacturing is a process which has several components in it that are said to be constructed in a drum called the Tire Building Machine (TBM). This is the only major equipment in manufacturing a tire. The machine can be manually operated. However nowadays all the tires are manufactured through automated process.
The inner liner is the first component in tire manufacture. It can with stand high pressure and does not allow the air to be escaped from the inner layer of the tire. Next comes the body ply. This is a three layer component of tire. The first layer is a sheet of rubber the second is a fabric layer and then again a rubber layer. It is said that this is the component that gives the tire a rigid strength that is able to carry the immense weight of the large trucks and buses. The next component is the side wall that gives good environmental resistance to the tires.
Beads are the steel lining in the tire. It is an important part in the tire as it gives the tensile strength to the tire. This still lining is coated with brass to avoid corrosion. The next component is the tread that gives a good grip to the tire. The thread is the depressions in the tire that will hold the tire on the ground in case of braking. Cushion gum is an extra component used in some tire manufacturing which seals the tear of the rubber by the steel lining in side the tire.
All these components are built one by one in side a tire building machine. Several other chemical components are mixed with them to get the needed strength in the tire. The tire that results as a result of the tire building machine is known as the green tire. This tire then undergoes curing process which will give the final product. Vulcanization is an important process in tire manufacturing. In this process the rubber is hardened to get the required strength and elasticity. This occurs naturally in this process when the raw rubber and molecular sulfur is mixed each other. It will close the pores in the rubber.

Nagging: “To be a persistent source of annoyance or distraction. To irritate by constant scolding or urging.” That is the definition from Merriam-Webster.
This is what an individual feels when they think they are being “nagged”. Who wants to deal with the constant annoyance and scolding? Not any grown adult I know.
So what is the root of nagging? Depending on where you look, you may find different answers, but from what I’ve learned, nagging is a result of a lack of communication between two partners.
It is a way for one person to actually illicit a response from the other, albeit a negative response. When one partner feels like communication is failing, and they need some sort of interaction from their other half, they resort to any means necessary to get some interaction.
Nagging is one way to achieve this. They ride you and pester you until finally you retaliate with anger and frustration. It worked for them; they got you to say something. They now know you are listening to them, and that’s really all they wanted. They wanted some attention, to know you hear them. What they hope for is a positive exchange between the two of you, but negative communication is better than no communication.
Everyone has a need to feel wanted, needed, and important to someone else. That is a big reason why we choose to be with our spouse in the first place. We love that they care for us, want to be with us, understand us, and want to grow with us.
When those feelings subside, we begin to feel very insecure. We miss the interaction, compassion, conversation and love that we grew so accustomed to. We crave that energy, and we want it back.
Instead of expressing that we need attention, we fall into the nagging phase. Afraid to rock the boat more permanently, we feel nagging is more short term.
So we nag until we get the some response (attention) from our spouse. And this leads to a fight or argument, and snowballs the feelings of insecurity on both parties.
Can nagging, then, lead to an affair? The answer is absolutely yes! And the affair could come from either spouse.
This is because when nagging occurs, it is a sign that the basic needs of husband and wife are not being met. You are not giving your spouse the attention, they need, the feeling of security, and so on and so forth.
Likewise, they feel that you are not providing them with those same needs, and thus they nag you until you come through for them.
When basic needs aren’t being met, physically or emotionally, a spouse will seek an alternate means to satisfy those needs. This is how affairs happen.
If you fail to pay attention to your spouse, show sincere interest in them, and let them know how important you are to them, they will find someone who can provide these essential needs.
How can you overcome this? I suggest you each sit down (individually) and write down what “your” marriage profile is. A marriage profile is simply what you expect your marriage to be like.
Start out from the time you wake up until the time you go to bed. Describe how your ideal day would go and where and how your spouse is included in that day.
Ask yourself these questions along the way:
* Do you share a meaningful conversation with your spouse when you wake up or do you just get ready for work?
*Do you eat meals together? Home or out?
*Do you call your spouse throughout the day or just wait until you get home?
*Do you think about your spouse during the day?
*Do you plan what you and your spouse will do later during the day or week? Any dates with your spouse?
*What do your conversations consist of?
*How many minutes during the day are you sharing meaningful conversation with your spouse?
*What activities do you do with your spouse?
*How do you end your evening with your spouse?
*Do you have meaningful conversation before bed?
*How happy are you after this “ideal” day?
Writing these things out and creating a profile is essential to happiness. Now see what your spouse has written and compare. This type of activity will create meaningful conversation and bring back the spark you are missing.
Constant nagging is a sign that something is wrong in your relationship, and you need to address it before one partner decided to either have an affair or get a divorce.

When you reach the age where you begin driving lessons, you learn how to drive the car, the highway code and rules of the road, and you may even learn how to change a tyre or replace the bulbs. Some people learn a lot more and these are well prepared for any eventuality that may occur while they are out on the road.
Driving is a learning experience. It doesn’t matter how long you have been driving or how many times you have broken down, crashed or been pulled over by the police - you will always be more prepared the next time. Every time something goes wrong with your car, you will be prepared if the same thing ever happens again. Experience teaches you to be prepared.
There are many items that are recommended for you to keep in the boot or glove-box of your car. Your driving instructor may chat to you during your lessons, giving little hints and tips that they have picked up in their years of experience. Also, if your father is an experienced driver, he will often give you advice about the common problems that motorists face and so will help you avoid falling victim to these preventable obstacles.
An inexperienced driver may not know what to do if their car broke down, especially in a quiet road or where few cars will pass. Nearly everybody now will have a mobile phone so this will not make the Top Five List. However, ensure you have an in-car charger and that your phone is able to make calls in case of such a problem.
With a mobile phone, you are able to contact the right people to ensure that if you are stuck somewhere, they will come and get you or will send a recovery service to ensure you aren’t stranded. However, recovery services can take a long time to find you, so always take a blanket with you in the boot of your car. This can be used for sitting on, if the ground is wet, or to keep you warm while you wait to be recovered.
Another key item that will prove invaluable in this situation is a battery-powered torch. Stranded in the dark is not a pleasant experience, so packing a torch will make it more bearable and will help you with any minor repairs. Changing a tyre can be a tricky business in the dark, so always keep a charged torch in the car.
If you drive to work, family occasions or any event where you are expected to maintain a set dress-code or appearance, ensure that your glove box has either tissues or an even better choice - wet wipes. Wet wipes or baby wipes are a fantastic addition to your holiday luggage, so why not keep them handy for road trips and car journeys away from home.
So many car problems that you may face will involve lifting the bonnet, handling parts or touching the exterior of your car. Anyone who has been in a car when it overheats will understand the importance of the next item on the list. A two-litre bottle of water. This is not the emergency drinking water that you may take if you were driving across a desert or the Australian outback, but water for more practical purposes.
Recently, while driving along the motorway, I came to a long section of roadworks with a plethora of heavy machinery and small army of workers. As i continued through the roadwork populous, my windscreen became opaque with dirt and dust. I anxiously clutched at the magic wand of windscreen wash, alas, it was empty. I vainly attempted to move the dirt with my dry wiper blades, only to make matters worse. More by luck than judgment, I made it to the next junction where I filled up with the free water at the service station. And i survived.
This is a serious issue and can grossly affect your visibility and therefore your ability to drive. The benefit of a bottle of water vastly outweighs the slight annoyance of it sometimes rolling about while you drive, causing a strange noise that makes you think there is a small animal burrowing into your back seat. The other benefit for the water, aside from filling the windscreen wash, can be gained if you use it to fill your radiator to avoid your car overheating, as mentioned earlier.
The fifth and final item that you must always keep in your car, is another one that you should attempt to have on your person at all times. As with a mobile phone, this item maybe shouldn’t make the list as most people carry this wherever they go. However, I am going to suggest that you must always have money, currency or cold-hard cash in your car.
To carry cash in your car is not going to encourage someone to break into it, unless you display it blatantly or if it is a big wad of hundreds of pounds in notes. By cash, I am suggesting that you ensure you always have a few pounds of coins and change in your car at any one time. These coins will be extremely useful at various times, mainly when you need to pay for a parking space or if your route requires you to pay a toll.
Coins can fit into various small compartments in your car, so ensure that you stock up and always have a minimum amount that you will never go below. Car parks can be expensive and rarely accept credit card payments, so these coins could save you a lot of money in fines and parking tickets.
Tolls are rare in the UK, but will be found more regularly, when you travel for greater distances. Be prepared for this and fill your car’s ashtray with some pound coins and fifty pence pieces, and you will avoid that awkward, uncomfortable realisation when you reach into your pocket only to feel your sweaty thigh.
So, to summarise, ensure your car is equipped for most emergencies that you may face. This advice is just a starting point, and the more experienced that you become as a driver, the more items will be added to your list. As you finish reading, go get your blanket, torch (with batteries of course), bottle of water, wet wipes and coins and put them in your car. You never know when you might need them, but if you haven’t got them in there you will regret it at some point.

Relationships of all kinds are often perceived as very delicate things that require extra effort to maintain. However, a relationship can also be something that can provide security and can also be long lasting despite many trials.
Building effective and lasting relationships is a necessity for several reasons. For example in a group or organization, the well being of the people depends on how efficient and effective that group or organization works. The group or organization is also dependent on how the members work well with the management.
An ineffective group or organization can really be very frustrating. An effective group or organization can also ask so much on their members, that sometimes the members would be having no life outside the walls of the area where they work or sacrifice the other aspects of their life just to meet deadlines. For an organization or group with this kind of scenario, relationships can be stressed or suffer from breakdown. People or other entities who depend on these groups or organization also suffer.
Society is defined as a web of relationships, which requires all parties to work and contribute their share in order to achieve a common goal. Having a relationship that is good, where cooperation and respect are manifested, can make society work better. In this way each member works for the good of the whole and towards achieving a common goal. This can only be attained with effective and efficient relationships.
Understanding the other parties’ feeling and position creates an effective and efficient relationship. The easiest method to understand what is important to another party is to ask them what they want and listen to what they have to say. Respect is the key to relationship. In order to create a more effective relationship, parties should treat each other with respect. We can show respect just by listening to the other party and by trying sincerely to understand how they function. You can also show respect to other parties by confirming that they are doing everything they can.
The opposite of respect is quick forming of judgments based on unfounded facts and prejudice. Respect is the very foundation for a great relationship. This also means respecting yourself and respecting others.
Another key area in forming an effective relationship is to tackle differences of the other party directly. Differences between parties or people are quite interesting. For example in a conversation where each party listens to the other party, you may observe that each is having two different perspectives.
Work towards a win-win solution for both parties. This can be done when at least one party acknowledges that the relationship is important. That party would then exert more time, effort and energy to understand the other party’s needs and deal with it to get it out of the way. Should they fail, it is comforting for that party to know that they tried.
Effectively listening and no pre-judging. This is important if parties are to understand each other. Informal discussions are conducive for parties. They bring out issues and concerns comfortably. They also feel more relaxed making them think more clearly.
Developing an atmosphere where the other party can express their feelings when they need to. When parties fail to express whatever is on their mind or their feelings, it can get in the way of building an effective relationship.
Parties should be aware that certain things exist naturally but should be controlled in any dealings in any relationship. Human nature is one. Some of these things found in a relationship also include a history of stereotyping or mistrust, blaming the other person or party for a strained relationship, excluding the other party’s feelings when focusing on a task, no clear and defined objectives, roles and expectations of each party in a relationship is also unclear.
Relationships are important to anyone, addressing issues and problems right away is a must to further improve the relationship. As they say ‘No man is an Island’.
